Well we certainly played above our usual. Well in lads. But I think the sun of mileusnic shows he is an impact player at most. Not a starter. How good did we look once he came off.

Not even mad we lost. Despite the fact we still got no luck like we've had all season, we showed great fight and we deserved a draw.

All in all not a terrible performance. Wonderful to see Babalj score. Sad AU could get anything although Suning had plenty of chances to score more. Ochieng and Mileusnic's chances should have been taken but that's why AU are where they are.
Cirio, McGree and JOD were my best.

I'm a huge fan of the impact livewire sub. He could be that sort of player. Although he has a good work rate which is why he's a starter IMO.

I was very impressed by O'Doherty today. He really rose to the occasion. If there is one thing to say about this season it's that the young guys have really stepped up when called upon.

If we play like this one the weekend we should hopefully beat Western Sydney.

So close to a draw, we were not out classed, just lacking a bit in both boxes. Defence lacking a bit of quality and final balls lacking a bit of quality and Baba perhaps not competing as well as he could have for some crosses.

McGree was outstanding, O'Doherty worked so hard, threw his little body around, sometimes to no effect but the boy really tries. Cirio was very good when he could get on the ball and run. Babalj with the goal, good header from a good Elrich cross.

Elrich should be playing RW, he simply knows how to get past players, can get into the right positions to score, just offside tonight and he can cross. We need a quality RW and Elrich could be that player. Marrone and Garuccio at fullback, Cirio on the LW.

There was passion, energy, fight, commitment and a never say die attitude out there tonight and it almost brought dividends against superior opposition. This kind of play will win more games than it loses in the A-league and maybe in the ACL as well. Amor looked really up for the game and was really involved unlike at some points of season.

This squad, these players can be a very good A-league team, there is talent win lots of games.

We missed O'Doherty as soon as we went off, he did a massive amount of hard committed work tonight. He is the real deal as McGree certainly is as well.
