Re: Injury updates
I think a lot of Marino as a striker.
I doubt if I'm the only one that thinks this, but I reckon all the SA lads play much better for us than they did for city. I would like to see Mileusnic get a decent run. Sydney have some speed up front, but other than Grant I think they're lacking at the back.

Re: Injury updates
We have a good record against Sydney, especially away. Looking for our first win, their winning streak has ended, at least some stars are aligning...

Re: Injury updates
Watching the Henrique press conference (on the AUFC facebook page) at the Adelaide airport and it has footage of the team training at Hindmarsh. Cirio training with the full squad by the looks of things, cannot wait for him to come back, he looked so sharp in round 1.
Injury updates
I see Marrone started for the Youth Team today in Melbourne.
Good signs!!!

I Wonder if Elrich will play RW or if he'll get shifted to LB and garruccio will get pushed up. He has looked really good going forward this year. Id think he could do a Goodwin and be a focal point in attack.

According to Val, Lia and Elrich are in full training while Johan and Baba are only doing light sessions.

Re: Injury updates
I love how many people still say "according to Val"According to Val, Lia and Elrich are in full training while Johan and Baba are only doing light sessions.
Like there is a fairly good chance what's being said isn't true!
The level of trust that man still harbours with football fans can probably be measured in the parts per million.

Re: Injury updates
Very frustrating. That makes it 3 starts in 19 games for johan. It would sit better with me if he wasnt such a good player.

Re: Injury updates
So from 19 games Absalonsen has started 3 and from bench twice. He has had 14 games off with injury. He has been injured for 105 days now. The poor bloke’s body is gone.

"Joined on a 1 year contract" according to an article on the official HAL website.is johan on a one year contract?
I think you were right when you said it wouldn't be so frustrating if he wasn't such a good player.

Re: Injury updates
I feel for Absa, he came here with a really positive attitude while showing some amazing form.
This season has potentially crushed his career being an older guy who has gone to the other side of the world and suffered an injury riddled season would make it very hard for him to find a meaningful contract anywhere next season.

Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie
