Anthony Costa scored 2, Jordan Pudler scored 1, Dylan Smith scored 1 and Evan Kostopoulos scored 1. All familiar names lol7-1 loss to Adelaide City at home last night. Ouch.

Haven't been able to follow what's been going on with the NPL side. Is it another brand new squad? If so the team may need some time to gel, hopefully that happens and they can stay up as the gap from top of NPL to the bottom of the state league was really big last time we were in there.

Re: AUFC NPL Season 2017
Looks like about half the squad came from the NYL squad. But there are a few young additions.Haven't been able to follow what's been going on with the NPL side. Is it another brand new squad? From the sounds of it the other NPL sides are using their physical advantage over the 20 year old lads. I wonder if these sort of results continue it might raise the issue that forcing AU to field such a young side in SA's premier comp cheapens it heavily.
It's pretty sad that the FFA has been around since 2004 and we're still yet to get back to the NSL's level of player development pathways.

Ok so it turns out AU does have a reserves this season?!
I couldn't find anything on this in the first couple of rounds. Very strange, but I'm very happy to see this.
How good is that last kid's name! Looks like he can play too! four goals in his first three matches.AUFC Reserve Squad List:
Aladin Irabona
Bradley Ballentine
Brayden Micallef
Charlie Devereux
Christopher Vivian
Cooper Nunn
Dylan Tripodi
Gideon Arok
Guillermo Amor Torres
Jai King
Jamie Signorello
Jayden Lobasso
Liam Andijanto
Matthew Crooks
Ninko Beric
Noah Smith
Pacifique Niyongabire
Also it was reported that Amor was keen to move to help his son's career. I wonder if him playing NPL reserves is enough to keep him here? I think he's definitely under 18 so he's playing at a serious level for his age.

Down 3-0 and getting crushed again. It sadly seems this team is just not good enough.

I know 'Pas'. He's the younger brother of Elvis Kamsoba, who now plays for Melbourne Knights.3-1 to Campbelltown is clearly an improvement to 7-1 the weekend before.Ended 3-1.

I also know Brad Ballentine. Talented kid with a good head on his shoulders. He'll go far.

What sort of players are they? I presume Pas is an attacking player given his scoring record this season.I know 'Pas'. He's the younger brother of Elvis Kamsoba, who now plays for Melbourne Knights.3-1 to Campbelltown is clearly an improvement to 7-1 the weekend before.Ended 3-1.

Correct, he plays on the wing. I think he'll end up being better than his brother. That's the word anyway! What sort of players are they? Ballentine is a focused and hungry young lad. He's younger than Pacifique by about a year I think. He's got a quiet personality with a mature air about him but when he plays, his head is always concentrated. He also is capable of playing ahead of his years, which is a huge asset.

Unless people head along to game we get practically zero info on these guys so any info is greatly appreciated.
