Re: CHAMPIONS!!!!
The way the team celebrated hit right in the feels. This sounds like a cliche but they celebrated like a family not a team of professionals.
Eugene, pablo , goodwin and amor all teared up. Seeing a man like amor tear up over the aleague i think will be something i remember for ever.

Re: CHAMPIONS!!!!
I've been home for a while but I just keep looking stuff up and re-watching the highlights. I don't want to come down from this feeling.

CHAMPIONS!!!!
I watched Poppa's preso as well and all you could hear were the boys celebrating in the background.
Good times.
Good times.
Re: CHAMPIONS!!!!
Re-watching the game now. It's interesting that on the broadcast all you can hear is the RBB when at the southern end we couldn't hear them at all. To those at the sides, were the wanderers supporters louder or was it fox trying to get as much noise from them as possible.

Sitting in the East side, the RBB were definitely louder in the first half, but after we went 2 up, all I could hear were our chants, bear in mind the eastern side was getting involved.Re-watching the game now. Anyone buy any merch and know if we can pick it up from the club today?
We are UNITED, after all....

Re: CHAMPIONS!!!!
There's always this discussion about which fans were louder. The reality is our support is just different to theirs and we tend to pick up when the players need a lift and then can drop off for a while.
The commentators were definitely impressed with the noise the local fans were making especially at the end. Once again I got caught up in the chants, is there anything better than U-NI-TED ringing out around a stadium like it did last night?

CHAMPIONS!!!!
Sitting in the East stand, the RBB certainly sounded louder than just the RA.
But soon as the RA got other sections of the stadium involved, I couldn't hear the RBB at all.
At other times, random chants started and even that drowned them out.
Atmosphere was awesome.

Sitting in the Southern stand, you couldn't even hear the RBB I was shocked. A slight murmur now and then but that is it, the noise just didn't travel.
I can't believe how loud the oval was last night, amazing. The united chant rolling slowly around the stadium will stay with me for a long time.
