Why are we even worried?
At this stage of the season there is nothing to be gained physically from working hard on the track.
If anyone has even a slight bit of tightness it would be prudent to taper back their training workload and give their body a deload. Its not a bad thing

Very balanced bench with def, mid and fwd covered.
If Kamu starts and Elrich goes to the bench we will have a bench of:
Elrich, Pablo, Elsey, Mells.
Which isn't a lot of fire power late on if we need subs to win it for us.
