So to my great surprise Ticketek now lets you choose individual seats! This is a very good thing and now actually makes me interested in going to AO again.

As mentioned in the other thread it looks like the away support and active supporters bays have been switched.

This should really boost the atmosphere.

I know this gets said every AO game but people still complain about the view. Do yourself a favour upgrade to gold and get a decent view of the game. Its just over $10 more its very much worth it.

I did it at the ground last time I did it. I'll see if the club has anything in place to do it before hand.

I have tried that in the past and seriously, it aint worth the bother. I just bought gold tickets this time, chose exactly where I wanted to sit. If you upgrade you are just thrown in wherever. For an extra $40 yeah it sucks, but I hope part of that goes to the club, I would have spent that on the AUMC membership this year anyway, so I think I am even in the end.

Last year they had the option on Ticketek to upgrade but I don't see it this year. If I can upgrade and choose a seat I'll do it for sure.

What are the grey seats on the western side? Surely these would have been gold? Perhaps ao members seating?

Pretty sure that's what Stuckey's picture shows - all the red will be GA I reckon with the Red Army in those two south end bays.

Looks like there is 2 bays between the red army and the rest of adelaide and only half a bay between mv and everyone else....madness

I thought last season they allocated a couple of bays up high for red members after all the hoopla about ST holders getting the worst seats. No sign of that happening this year ?
