I would never have even thought of that, but its a hell of a suggestion. Imagine 12,000 at Hindmarsh, scarves raised singing that.I Can't Help Falling in Love (With You) by Elvis
Beats every other suggestion here hands down for mine.

Re: The new walk out song
They seem to have put in some effort on this song so I think they should persist with it. Even if you don't know the song it's simple enough to learn after 2 or 3 goes. I was never into Judas Priest either.
I don't like the chances of RA getting on board because (and this is purely from an outsiders perspective, happy to be proved wrong) they seem to feel aggrieved if their not consulted about everything in this area.
Getting a section of the crowd doing it and jarrod encouraging the rest, it might take off as the weeks go on.

Re: The new walk out song
Concur. It's a great song and easy to sing - a lot easier than, say, 'You'll Never Walk Alone'. For the record, here are the lyrics:I would never have even thought of that, but its a hell of a suggestion. Imagine 12,000 at Hindmarsh, scarves raised singing that.I Can't Help Falling in Love (With You) by Elvis
Beats every other suggestion here hands down for mine.
"Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay, would it be a sin?
If I can't help falling in love with you
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you"
I reckon it's a winner. Thoughts?
"Hang on, lads; I've got a great idea".

Way better than the song on Friday, just need the Red Army to get their heads out of their arses and get on board. Too much self importance and a cliquey feel with that mob.

^ now that would be cool if everyone got on board with it.
Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie

Re: The new walk out song
I think everybody is trying to pick a pump up song that they like (or think everybody will like) but you're never going to please everybody. So it's almost like the song needs to be one that nobody likes as such and everybody just needs to get on board with that.
I think the song they chose is good, I had another listen to it last night. As I mentioned it's not my style of music (deep house, techno, minimal, scandinavian pop folk) but I can see it has merits and has a YNWA vibe about it.
