Kossie renewed faith and hope in the club and playing group almost singlehandedly. He crapped all over Rini as a coach and presided over one of the best nights of our lives, 4-2.

Kosmina was treated terribly by the organisation, but was also obviously not all there mentally towards the end.
Personally I'm still of the opinion the new manager still has to live up to his (pre-meltdown) standard.

From a personal opinion. Yes Kossie is a proud South Aussie and did take over the club at a difficult time. But there has to be heaps more we will never know about what went on behind closed doors. So its hard to judge.
Anyway. Onwards and upwards COYR

Kossie's ego > Kossie's coaching ability
He is a great "band aid" coach - come in when the team is struggling, clean up the mess, bang a few heads here, instill some confidence there. But long term the personality clashes are inevitable.

Not sure where this fits. Late night boredom is usually a bad thing, but it can also make you productive.
