I feel that the Eugene announcement might wait until preseason starts again.
Seems pretty illogical to me.

Keep the fans engaged with news during the off season, particularly something like this that's likely to warm the hearts of fans.

Two Chinese players are coming, one is trialling for a contract, the other will train with the NPL team.

Ferreira has left Perth, I wonder if the club are still interested in him?

I really hope not. We got enough wingers as it is and we can’t afford to use a visa spot on a bench player.

Young LB Walter Scott was released by Perth. I hope we have a look at him. I thought he did well in the two games he played and would give depth and competition to Kitto.

Interesting call, can't say I know much about him. Given his age he may well have been released due to squad balance rather than performance.

How are our NPL LB options looking? I would have thought one of the local lads would be afforded a crack at the squad before a promising talent from elsewhere.

Losing Isa will be sad. Absolute heart and soul of the club.
I wish I'm all the best though. What a legend.

Oh bugger.

They must have offered him some serious cash, so you can't blame the bloke as this is his last chance for a big pay day.

He'll always be welcome back in Adelaide once he's tired of fishing the sand out from his undies. Besides, our deserts are way sexier than Qatar's.

Deserves it to be honest!

Splitting hairs between eugene or isaias as all time greatest at aufc.

Hopefully returns to this city in someway in the future.

If we are losing isaias then the owners are going to really need to dig deep to bring some excitement for the new season

Hopefully we collect a transfer fee, he goes there for a couple of months and plays well but they sack their coach and Isaias doesn't fit into the new coaches system so they release him, he comes back to ADL on a free transfer mid January 2020 just in time to help us to our 3rd title all while playing attractive and attacking football.

I'll second that!
