I noticed Aladin Irabona was added to the first team page on the club website. Maybe he’s been signed.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Interesting. He's been around the Youth League set-up for a few years. I assume he's cover for a full-back/wide attacking position. In that sense he offers some squad depth though I can't comment on his recent form as I have only seen snippets of the NPL (been In countries with awful internet of late).I noticed Aladin Irabona was added to the first team page on the club website. Hah! We should be doing much better, however where I work at times you can spend 2 or 3 days without being able to send an email, let alone crazy stuff like checking Facebook. Thankfully tv is not a problem as there is none (not referring to Vanuatu).Australia ??Interesting. He's been around the Youth League set-up for a few years. All said and done I am looking forward to Verbeek's signings as it may provide some insight as to the way he wishes us to play. There is no rush as we retain the core of a solid squad.
Veart's inclusion after Bruce gives me heart. As per usual it is what we do off the field that seems to have more of an impact than what we do on.

Re: Who's signed for next season
The signings of club legends to coaching and back of house roles seems to be an attempt to keep people distracted from the fact we got rid of a perfectly good coach in Kurz.
I’m all for the signings but classic distraction move by the owners. Well played.

Re: Who's signed for next season
My feeling is Verbeek will take a good hard look at Blaclwood over the next month or so and report back to management if he wants to build a team around blackwood or sign a visa striker.
I think the dutch style really plays to blackwoods strengths so i wont be surprised if blackwood is elevated to our number 1 striker.
The silver lining to that is we can sign a 10, a defensive mid and left back as visa players which a positions currently hard to fill by Aussies yet important in the dutch system.... although mile jedinak may be a good dm on a one year deal ( currently spotted home in aus )

This is brilliant!Riley McGree is returning to AUFC!
I haven’t been this excited by a new signing since we signed Gulum.
I guess this means we’ll play a 433 with two 8’s.

Great signing!
Hopefully can bring back some of the creativity that we have been sorely lacking pretty much since the minute he left first time around.

Good signing. I wonder if it's a loan or free transfer?Riley McGree is returning to AUFC!
He's been easy to dislike in newy and city colors but a huge step up from Ilso/N.Konsta

The article said it’s unclear whether we’ve signed him permanently or not. Hopefully we do.Good signing. I wonder if it's a loan or free transfer?Riley McGree is returning to AUFC!

Agree he’s a massive step up from Ilso but I think Konsta is a good player even if his form was patchy last season. He was immense in the semi and he hadn’t played for 6 weeks.

Boland and mcgree may be competing for the same position at box to box mids or mcgree may be used as a defensive mid, AFAIK mcgree was used as a dm with city?
