it's not outside the realms of possibility with good crosses coming in from both wings ...
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

I think the problem with Baba is that Kurz just doesn't rate him. Even when fit it seemed Blackwood was the preferred option.

Which leads me to believe We may be in the market for a new striker in this window or the next

Not sure that's true. Marco wants his players to be at peak fitness, Baba never was.I think the problem with Baba is that Kurz just doesn't rate him. Even when fit it seemed Blackwood was the preferred option.
And when you say "when he was fit" just how fit was he ?? He broke down just about every time we started him, so you can probably see why the coach couldnt trust him. He's hugely talented but his body failed him consistently.
Reckon we will see a lot of him this year.

There were many rumours at the tail end of last season and into the offseason that baba was linked with clubs in asia and the club had given him their blessing to move on.Not sure that's true. True, but hes also professional enough to welcome him back into the fold. There were many rumours at the tail end of last season and into the offseason that baba was linked with clubs in asia and the club had given him their blessing to move on.Not sure that's true. Reality is he was fit for about 20% of the year, hes pretty well done more this pre season than he did last year after 1 half game.

Re: Who's signed for next season
How much longer does this off season feel having a full squad already compared to previous years where squad number are looking grim?
