When it comes to quality wide-players there must be a factory somewhere in Adelaide pumping them out. It must be a well established company though as it's been the same situation for years.Great for the lad but we have an abundance of wingers! Any creative mids coming through?

I love that we have the sons of legends coming through the club. Bernardo, Ethan Alagich, Kane Vidmar ...
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Club release AH Toure. Told him he needs to be playing consistent football but wouldn't get the game time here.
Surely another A-league club is going to snap him up, seems like a missed opportunity for a future transfer fee but injuries really halted his upward trajectory here.
Good luck Al Hassan, hopefully see you back again in a couple of years.

Best of luck to him. Potentially a great player.
If he can pull his head in and play as part of a team he'll do ok.
Never the same after the injury but couldn't seem to understand that.

Glad to see him go. He needs the game time and Yengi and Mo are in front of him. Good call by all concerned.
Hope he goes gangbusters at MacArthur.

He’ll get much less game time there than with us. He is also a natural winger so he pretty much would’ve been guaranteeing a spot in the match day squad every week.Glad to see him go. He needs the game time and Yengi and Mo are in front of him. Good call by all concerned.

The only plausible explanation is that Carl has forced out yet another South Australian.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Leaving for game time is maybe fair enough but he'll get less at Macarthur, not more.
An odd move, you have to assume he's fallen out with Carl.
Also, why not loan him somewhere you think he'll get game time then sell him at years end?

Re: Who's signed for next season
Not sure but if we wanted to give him game time, Macarthur would probably be the last team to loan him to given the options they have in the front third. Juric, Noone, De Silva, Oar, Najjar, Ruhs, Lachlan Rose. He’d be better than maybe 2-3 of those players but still probably wouldn’t even make the bench there.Leaving for game time is maybe fair enough but he'll get less at Macarthur, not more.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Very disappointed to lose him on a free to a direct rival, how does it align with the club plan when Bruce came in?? Or has that been ditched like every other before it.
At least we can watch any other team in the league and enjoy our former players most games.
So we’ve lost:
Juric
Elsey
Strain
Konsta
Marrone
Al Hassan
Signed
Tratt
Isa
Blackwood
A couple of scholarships
Hardly looking stronger than last season IMO forward and especially defensively. All the rumours I have been hearing seem to be coming to fruition

Looks like Carl has thrown it out the window but is strangely not getting any pressure from the owners or any backlash from the fansVery disappointed to lose him on a free to a direct rival, how does it align with the club plan when Bruce came in?? Re: Who's signed for next season
Thanks bpowell, I knew I’d missed one signing but could not remember who. Makes no difference to my summation though
Regarding fan backlash, suspect many have just given up as it makes no difference and no one knows who the owners are. I’ve decided to vote with my wallet, no memberships for me and my family. We are now casual fans who will go when we can be arsed and watch on paramount.
