Covert agent claiming the club is trying to get rid of Blackwood.

I really hope this isn’t true but the agent has got most of his rumours right during this pre season.

That's awesome news for Toure. I hope we lock him down for a few years with a big release clause. As for Blackwood, he played with some real heart and intent on the weekend. If we let him go it's understandable but I will still have mixed feelings about it.

If we're shopping Georgie, it must be a swap deal for a CB or CDM. Otherwise why would we bother, I doubt he is taking much cap space and we have space on our roster.

Anyone know who the central defenders are currently in the youth team?

I would’ve thought Jared Clark might’ve been close to stepping up if we weren’t gonna bother signing some defensive depth but pretty sure he got released at the end of the NPL season.

Seems insane to go through the season with Marrone as the only backup across the entire back four basically
