I see Scott McDonald has signed for Western United, given they've already signed Connor Pain and Kone it'll be interesting to see if Stametolopolous fits in.

Isaias was equal second with Niel Kilkenny, He always seems to just miss out on these national awards.

Yeah i remember when he first started at the nix, he was VERY green and seemed like he didnt belong.

It begs the question, how many others are out there who could reach his level with a bit if professional investment ?

Baba, Jordy and Galloway now officially gone.

Baba - Great player but his body kept letting him down. The decision to hand him a two year marquee deal was a great decision by the club at the time, unfortunately it didn't work out.

Jordy - Worst player to ever play for the club.

Scott - Backstabbed the club that has got the best out of him and probably saved his career. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Not really. He was on a one year deal. Due to the drug issue I expect him to just slink off without much fanfare.

I can't see him leaving. His family love Australia and are very settled here, he loves the club and the club loves him and I think it's highly unlikely he'll relocate his family, especially to a place like Qatar.

A couple of years at potentially triple his current salary, plus living well in downtown Doha. Its very easy to shut your self off from the realities of the Qatar state if your in doha .
It honestly an easy sell but who knows how it will pan out

After a decade of domination in OZ and Asia he becomes head of Football at AU till he retires.

Founding a footballing dynasty in SA his kids go on to play for AU and to wear the green and gold.
