For those of you who believe in fifa ratings

Appears to be general A-league quality goung by that, tall, physical with a good shot. Down sides he appears to be quite slow.
Of course we should wait to see how he adapts to the league before we judge him based on a playstation game lol.
Interesting another target man and not a 10. I just hope blackwood retains his spot on the bench.

Re: Who's signed for next season
I think a #9 is needed more than a #10.
When you have a target man that can bring others into the game (think Bruce or SvD at their peak) it makes the midfield look so much better. I really like Blackwood but he does not impose himself on the game, that to me is our biggest flaw. We need someone that can be a cat among the pigeons. Keogh for Perth is a perfect example too.
Between Adlung, Isaias, O'Doherty, Konstandopoulos, even Brook (if he makes it back) we can put together a very effective and even creative midfield so long as we have the right man up front that will enable them to shine

All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

I actually think totally opposite.I think a #9 is needed more than a #10.

A 10 will give our front third more time on the ball in much more dangerous positions.
When you look at bruce or svd they had a quality 10 playing at their best linking up with them.
Bruces amazing form councided with a fantastic midfield and chelo pulling the strings.
I suppose both lines of thought have merit and its more a case of what came first , chicken or the egg.
Its possible no 10 is an endorsement of odoherty.

We still seem to get into decent positions but are let down by our crossing and finishing.I actually think totally opposite.I think a #9 is needed more than a #10.

Well not necessarily. Can we assume Baba is out the door then?
We don't need the extra spot as Matmour freed one up.
And if Kurz wants to play a 4-4-2 then one of Baba or Blackwood can partner this new bloke.
Although I'd suspect based on Baba's injury record he is cooked.
