Re: Who's signed for next season
Isaías should be signed for life and encouraged to do his coaching certificates.
And we should also sign his kids.
And we should also sign his kids.

Well we all heard it heard first in his Q&A that he's keen to get involved in coaching!Isaías should be signed for life and encouraged to do his coaching certificates.
And we should also sign his kids.
I'd love to see him offered an assistant coaching/player role once his engine begins to show signs of wear and tear.
Time to Djbate!

http://www.goal.com/en-au/news/the-cove ... nlmipursxzJosep Gombau's recruitment for next season has continued with the Western Sydney Wanderers soon to confirm the signings of Melbourne City attacker Nick Fitzgerald and Adelaide full-back Tarek Elrich.
Sad to see him go if this is true.

I think it's true, AUFC retweeted a tweet in which someone wrote 'Watching Tarek Elrich in his final home game for AUFC'.

Re: Who's signed for next season
Is next season the 4+1? If so then Luong Xuan Truong is the type of player that could do well in the A-League in central midfield. He spent a couple of years in the K-League but was never really given a chance to perform. Only 22 years old, he’d be a decent selection as there may also be a decent transfer involved if he takes the next step.

To the lads we’ll done on a good season especially after injuries caused by the usual a league hacks. Hope the new owners are serious about the club and want success. We need
1 really good attacking midfielder
2 high quality reagular goal scoring strikers
2 center back/full backs
1 pacy good crossing winger
Who needs to go
Blackwood
Diawara
Cavusevic cant cover his injury long term
Enrich
Would like us to really have Sydney and Melbourne nervous to play us

If the 4+1 rule comes in then Theo Ryuki would be a good signing.

I'd keep Diawara.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Re: Who's signed for next season
I agree, blackwood is one of the very few young aussie strikers coming through capable of being a physical target upfront , he us also incredibly agile for a big guy.Blackwood can stay, showed promise at times this year and is still young. To the lads we’ll done on a good season especially after injuries caused by the usual a league hacks. Sure he isnt setting the world on fire, but how many young target men do? Give him time and im sure ge will pay dividends.
At worst he is a great squaddy who can fill in behind a visa striker, at best he is going to bag goals and earn a transfer fee for the club . IMO its a win win

Re: Who's signed for next season
If Blackwood is relatively cheap, which I assume he is, I'd keep him.
Re: Who's signed for next season
Players I want us to re-sign:
Elsey
Garuccio
Johan
Happy to let Lia, Diawara go.
I'm assuming Elrich and OD are already out the door, otherwise I'd add them to the re-sign list.

Where did you dig that name up from? I had never heard of the guy until you mentioned it.If the 4+1 rule comes in then Theo Ryuki would be a good signing.
