Our last home game is 24 March - Obviously votes wouldn't have been tallied yet so when will we present it?

We have about 5 weeks before last home game to get this organised.

Some of us are due to have a meeting with the club in early March to follow up the reply to the letter. I could bring it up then if we want to look at a day after the end of the season?

I think finals make for an important part of the vote in determining the best player. Finals matches have a different mindset.

Sorry for the late reply guys, I asked my mate Chris about the trophy and he is keen to do it however the problem is he is heading to South America in 3 weeks to film a documentary and won't be back for a few months! He could probably make up the clay model but the casting etc would have to be done elsewhere and i'm unsure if it's worth it, he's happy to do one when he returns but it will be obviously for next season.

Ok well maybe we could organise this for next season but just go with a generic trophy for this season? Give the perpetual cup a miss this year, get it made from your mate next year and we can put this years winner on it as well.

Seems like the best option to me. Hopefully when I'm back I'll be able to sort out a sponsor for the award might cover the costs of it all.
