Wiki search for Tomi Juric brings up a 21 yo Sydney born striker playing in the Croatia first Div. 1.89m seems to have a decent enough goals to games ratio just struggling for regular games this season.
See what comes of it but on paper it sounds good!

I don't think the HAL window is closed yet? It opens later so surely it would close later too?Transfer window is closed and next season is too far away to think about new strikers.
Or does the FFA think having a window open for too long will increase their power bill?

You can sign free agents anytime. Business between two clubs regarding a contracted player can only happen during the window
