Any of you lads sign up for that "Night with the Coaches" gig that the club are pushing out to members?

Anyone else hoping to see a few banners in protest against the board this season?

Not really. As disappointed I am with the operations of the club at the moment. What's the alternative?
If there was a potential buyer waiting in the wings then sure. But there isn't. So who's going to run the club if the current board don't?

Petrillo was still in charge.

Probably due to Petrillo being involved during the period mostly.

I've heard it been mentioned they may let Adelaide go the way of North Queensland. We're not a huge market to them.

Wow. So Glenn the red army cappo has just publicly stated he won't be purchasing a membership this season.

"Seriously. It's like the dog that craps on the carpet. Yeah, you can clean up some of it. But there's always that little bit that sticks.

And this isn't the first time he's crapped on the carpet. There's skidmarks all over this fucking club."

Long serving Red Army man Sean sums it up perfectly.

Listened and I think what Grant said in this interview was all pretty good. One interesting moment was Grant almost criticizing Griffin over the Norwood Oval issue. It seems Grant was a bit annoyed by Griffin opening his mouth like he did.

I wonder what is going to happen in January with the Olyroos, it is something that is far from resolved.

Does anyone here boo at Santa?

Not in terms of numbers maybe, but I don't think even FFA would be dumb enough to cut Adelaide loose. Would look like a SERIOUS backward step, even for those who rarely peek outside the Sydney-Melbourne bubble.

My guess is if the FFA are willing to step in and take the Newcastle ownership over they would do the same to Adelaide. But who knows what the FFA would really do.
I wouldn't be surprised if they'd be happy to see Griff go.

1 year ago we had 50k at a grand final in Adelaide and the 2nd and 3rd highest Socceroos attendances for this phase was in Adelaide. There's no way FFA see this market as a lost cause.

There really are some crap rumours that float around.
