What is going to happen to this club and this league? What will it look like if it is able to start again? I fear for the future of football in this country right now.

I don't fear for the future of football, but the league as we know it might be in trouble (frankly we probably need a bit of a reset). I just hope that AUFC will continue on to play a part in whatever comes next.

Indeed. As someone originally from the Murray & Mallee region I don't have an affinity with any of the exisitng NPL sides; maybe a soft spot for Northern Demons as they are the only regional side (no, Woodside and Mt Barker don't count!).

Apologies if this is posted elsewhere.
Bruce Djite... everyone here knows I didn't rate him much as a player, however he proved me wrong and lead us to a championship and ffa cup. One area I never doubted him was his off field ability. Last night he came through in a big way on Q & A. He demonstrated just how influential football can be and in the process, just how big a role model he is.
Well done Mr Djite, I have absolutely no doubt the future will be very bright for you and I hope you will not forget us when you find an even more powerful position.

Thanks for the post Zanzibar.
Is there any place on line we can watch this Q & A?

Any news when memberships, kits will come out. Surely someone here is in the know, or are we all just a bunch of expats and interstaters grasping for information about or great club?

Too much is still up in the air about next season. International player quotas, salary cap, how many games victory get to lose at Hindmarsh......its a lot to sort. I imagine the club is sorting a helluva lot out still.

A-League wiki page says the season will kick off in December. So I'd imagine news on memberships etc, is at least a month away.

Just realised the FFA Cup is cancelled!! :( :(

I just saw the riverbank west stadium proposal. On the surface it looks like an awesome opportunity.

Nice. If we do have to move away from Hindmarsh then walking distance to the Exeter would be my choice.
