The Google Form appeared to be a slow burner. A phone call to the club was much quicker, I ended up with everything, including three identical membership cards (around round 8 I was considering creating a video of one being cut up), two beanies, badges and stickers.Another thing re: a small discount for existing members, we all got screwed around last season and I personally didn't get all gear I was supposed to. I never got any correspondence from the club (apart from being sent a couple of the items I was meant to get) either even though I filled in their Google form to let them know. Thought that was all pretty poor.

Anything else I should know before I join the Red Army? There are season tickets for the active support area. When you purchase a red season ticket you'll need to say you want it to be in the active area. Are there active support memberships?

Great that we're in a international publication but the actual article itself is a bit embarrassing...

Re: Adelaide United - General Issues and Discussion
I haven't read it, and probably won't because I expected it to be like that. Still wonderful AU is getting such massive attention. I still wonder if interest would be as strong if Amor wasn't involved.Great that we're in a international publication but the actual article itself is a bit embarrassing...

Re: Adelaide United - General Issues and Discussion
It's just got some odd inaccuracies like
andThe somewhat dour Gombau introduced
Amor to Adelaide United, where he worked
for a month before signing a one-year contract
as technical director and eventually taking
over from his compatriot shortly before his
contract expired in July 2015. Gombau had
fallen out of favour after a series of defeats
and took up a youth coaching role in New York.
Beaten in the Grand Final, Western Sydney
Wanderers, who under experienced coach Tony
Popovic won the AFC Champions League in
November 2014, have made no secret of their desire to be the number one club in Australia.
They had not expected to lose to Adelaide and
as a result, will not be contesting the FIFA Club
World Cup 2016 in Japan.

Embarrassing article. Add in striker Marcelo Carrusca and our club being based in the fine state of Southern Australia...
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Happy for Us to ride along on Amors coat tails though. I really cant think of a bigger name that has been heavily involved in australian league football. ( Best, Romario and Villa dont count they were just cameos with no emotional involvement.)

I would argue Puskas was a bigger name but that doesn't diminish what a coup it is to have Guillermo here.Yeah the writer was only interested in Amor, everything else was slap dash. It's just got some odd inaccuracies likeandThe somewhat dour Gombau introduced
