It was a weird season because we started late but I can't find evidence of that? I think we had a streak of 4 wins.

It obviously a positive stat. But its not like Amor re-invented the wheel for AU. When Gombau came in he changed everything and results took a back seat. Amor just made a few tweeks but has basically kept a similar game plan.
So really his results should have been better to start with.
