Apparently next seasons kits will have more blue and gold in them going back to AUFC's original kit.

Well it is hard to mix it up each season when your only colour is red, so I like that we are mixing it up a bit and going back to the tri-colour.

Would prefer more FTA games, thinking about getting rid of foxtel seeing as a league is all I have it for. Would need to poach some select fox commentators though instead of channel 10s AFL cast offs. Not Robbie Slater. Don't mind Brenton Speed and he's probably not big enough for fox to care about losing.

Maybe they could poach a few SBS commentators? I like Bash, Fozzie will get people talking also and I'd definately tune in for Mariana Rudan!Would prefer more FTA games, thinking about getting rid of foxtel seeing as a league is all I have it for. Awesome stuff! Really starting to build for the future; loving everything that has been mentioned.
My only gripe is that the AU v MV 'legends' game has some questionable elements to it, although it does sound interesting.

Re: Members info night
Sounds like both clubs are really working together. Good to see if as a lot of win-win situations will come of that but I would love to see them still publicly bag eachother to continue fueling the rivalry! Its definately something the league needs!Awesome stuff! Really starting to build for the future; loving everything that has been mentioned.

Re: Members info night
Oh, I agree with all that! But, an annual event? Like others have said, is it already too early to be calling past players 'legends'? Then there's the issue of players who might fit the 'legend' character, but are tied down with other clubs. Still, I love the idea, it just needs a little tweaking.Sounds like both clubs are really working together. Re: Members info night
I imagine current players wouldn't be included, or if so would have a very small role. Say it was a 15-18 man squad, you'd have about 10 actual players the rest would SA and Vic 'celebraties' and other sport icons. Maybe one 36er, one Port and Crows player, An SA and Vic Cricketer, Someone off radio like Fitzy. Also maybe past players form SA and Vic. Dukes, Vidmars bros, Fozzie. I'm sure it doesn't have to be purely AU v MV only. Usually the whole this is a pretty big joke and we're just there to raise money for a charity.Oh, I agree with all that! But, an annual event? I'd like to watch a game where everyone knew what they were doing - albeit slowly.
Having a bunch of turkeys who've done zilch for the game and have no skill is not what I'd call entertaining in any aspect.

Just make it a big 'slowdown'. AUFC & SA legends v the Vics.
Kossie, the Viddies, the Aloisis, Agostino, Tobin, the Alagichs, Veart, etc etc

All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.
