agree with this' dont try and fix something that isnt broken.
I think it makes sense to play 4-1-4-1 until we can get a feel for how they play. 2 up front last game worked well but we were playing a side not at full strength, so I would be cautious to play too attacking from the start

I would also argue that it wasn't really 2 up front either, when Serg came on it looked like Bruce dropped back into midfield (and played admirably there).
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

It became a flat 4-4-1-1. Bruce dropped into "the hole", not as a midfielder but as a 2nd striker playing off Serg

Hoping we start the game in a comfortable 4-1-4-1 again before bringing SVD on around the 60th minute again.

Agree with the 'comfortable 4-1-4-1', but I want to see Serg start and Bruce come on late. As good as Bruce has been at the pointy end, I still think Serg is the better option in that lone striker role.

I see it a bit as Serg at home, Bruce on the road.Agree with the 'comfortable 4-1-4-1', but I want to see Serg start and Bruce come on late. As good as Bruce has been at the pointy end, I still think Serg is the better option in that lone striker role.

I know it's still a few days off but this weather has me scared - in case anyone was wondering, this is the forecast from BoM:
Partly cloudy. Winds east to south easterly and light. Low 6, high 16
Looking okay - as long as the rain stays away, we should get a good crowd. I know a lot can change in a few days in the world of weather forecasting tho!
I remember freezing my absolute ass off at the last round of 16 game in 2010 which got us 12k from memory. Flores was playing then

Nagoya had another loss in the J-League last night, going down 0 - 1 at home to Cerezo Osaka
