Just wondering that others think.
The media seem to have a fap fest over erik partaluu , particularly andy harper and yes partaluu has been great thus earning a roos call up.
But is malik very far behind? His work seems to go un noticed by in the media by comparision.
At times he has made some amazing defensive moves and then had the class to walk around 3 opponents with the ball at his feet ...if partaluu did that it would be broken down frame by frame on fox sports while they tell us how super awsome he is........just saying
Imo if malik continues to mature he will take partalus spot as a fringe socceroo

Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie

Re: Malik
Yes he has improved so much. He has such great ball control, probably the best since Flores and an amazing pass. He plays the deep lying play maker role so well. With more experience he should only get better. One of the best after Kossie took control.
We are UNITED, after all....

Re: Malik
He is well on his way and is a great kid, we could easily see him picked up by an overseas club so need to lock him in for a longer contract.

I think he has improved out of sight since Kossie took over. Very composed and cool under pressure.
I agree, if he was in an orange shirt there would be much hype.

Funny enough as I was watching him yesterday I said to myself, if he keeps this up I doubt we will be able to keep him for very much longer. Best on ground for me last night, performance was pure class.

Re: Malik
I think Malik fits into the ideal 'business model' of find a local lad, bring him up the ranks, showcase him, sell him. This needs to be our strategy, we will never keep the really good guys, we may as well use them to finance the running of the club.

Re: Malik
I have never seen a HAL player knock so many successful long balls as Ozzy has hit in the last few weeks. If class had a smell Ozzy would absolutely reek of it!
Time to Djbate!
Re: Malik
starting to fulfill the potential he showed early one, looked a bit out of place playing the DM role early in the season but has settled into it now beautifully.
Rapt for him and is now one of the players i look forward to seeing each game day. Key player in building for success for the future.

Classy lad, hope we don't let him go Marrone-style
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.
