Kostopoulos earns a one year deal!

Adelaide United FC has taken another step towards finalising its squad for the Hyundai A-League 2012/13 Season after signing young local striker Evan Kostopoulos to a one year deal.

Good signing hopefully he can make the step up and prove himself next season.

I think Kossie is playing him more as a winger. Hopefully a winger who scores a few ala Dodd

I hear Teeboy's attitude has much to be desired.
I wasn't unhappy with his performance but not overjoyed.

Looked very nervous out there but given his age it's to be expected. Good foot skills and thick lower body which suggests he could bulk his upper body up and be effective centrally.

Even mustafa amini was not cutting the mustard in acl at only 16 as teeboy melling and kostopolous are ( kostopolous may be slightly older.)

Think back to when you guys were 16 and what you were doing or even more so what was your attitude?

Plenty of potential, likes to take on players, composed on the ball. I would like to see him step up next season.

Both lads did a good job, Evan kept forgetting to drop back into the midfield to provide a forward pass option to Caravella but other than that was decent. Ran out of legs and was great to see Teeboy come in to replace him.

I get the feeling just a little he may have a bit of a hot head. I jst feel I can see him doing a Rambo V Sydney can grabbing someone by the throat and getting himself sent off. Hope I'm wrong.

srsly? Teeboy touched the ball once if he was lucky, not a slight on Teeboy but hardly showed anything in his limited time.

Evan puts himself about, would be nice to see him playing off a decent AM like Flores who can create some space and put some decent through balls for him to run onto.

I'm happy enough with whats he's showing as long as he keeps improving.
