If we could get the 'marsh for $30mill that is around $1,800 a seat/standing room. Better to look at it from our rough average of 10k/match and say $3,000/seat. That needs you to average 10k a game for 120 games to get back the principle let alone the interest. You would say that if AUFC purchased the 'marsh it would take 8 years to pay it off. Sounds like a bloody good idea to me.
