Vidosic out for 2-3 weeks

Scans have revealed that Adelaide United FC attacking midfielder Dario Vidosic faces 2-3 weeks on the sideline with a hamstring injury.

Vidosic injured his hamstring just after the half hour mark in the Reds’ loss to the Pohang Steelers in South Korea on Tuesday night, forcing the former FC Nuremberg midfielder to make an early exit from the game.

Why would we risk him. We went away from home and defended like crazy, wasn't worth the risk.

Well considering most of our ACL goals have come from set pieces he was pretty important to getting a result. AU gambled it didn't pay off. He's touch and go for the next match.

I think this is a ridiculous outcome. Whoever made the call to let him play is daft. Seems a lot like the Cassio situation.

They should have played Evan, would have made way more sense than too risk Dario when we really need him to win our home games.
