http://www.footballaustralia.com.au/ade ... date/46473Fans will have noticed the different strip being worn during the club's ACL matches. Due to the late notice of our participation, original designs were impossible and as such we had to accept what was available from Legea. Sponsorship is also an issue as the regulations prevent alcohol or gambling advertising, hence we are unable to use 'Coopers' on the strip - the sole piece of inventory. Previously the State Government had supported the campaign through 'Study Adelaide', a great promotional opportunity given the exposure in Asia. Therefore we remain 'unbranded' as such despite the many millions in the broadcast audience.

I still can't believe there aren't companies in Australia that aren't interested in this much exposure in Asia.
Although it appears we would have had Coopers if we were allowed. Maybe we should have what the UEFA Champs League have and just put 'enjoy responsibly' on the shirt!
