Worst game ever and the worst season ever, thank F#%k both are over.

Sounds like the fox knobs were their usual unbiased selves during the commentary, thankfully I forgot to record the game.

No really, that was a shocker. How many saves did Bolton make? How many corners did we have? If that's the future then I will not be renewing my season ticket. I think the Gamba win will be last for a long time. And another thing, if that was 6,000 then I'm a monkey's.....

The thing that scares me is that Kossie's post game interview he said he was happy and thought we did well........

Wow I must have been watching a different game. I agree it wasn't pretty but with two players making their starting debut and another player making his full debut coming out of a game 1 all with a team already in the finals is a good result IMO.
In the last five mins we did see some great attacking play its just a pity it was restricted to those few minutes.
Although if MH were half as good as the commentators were making them out to be they would have won 5 nil.
I think everyone needs to take this for what it is, a training run. I enjoy them because its a great chance to see our youth against decent opposition. But I guess thats not everyone cup of tea.

Hell, we all can't be Barcelona!

I'm ok with playing the classic "Zoran Matic / South Australia" style of play.

Soak it up, soak it all up baby and then POW right in the kisser!

Yes! I'm move then happy with that style I'd just love to see us get a local striker who can play that way and generally take to 1 or 2 chances that may come his way. Shevchenko with AC Milan was a classic example of that. It really can be a beautiful thing.

The thing that annoys me is everyone including MH themselves are saying MH deserved the win. But how many meaningful chances did that actually have to score? 2 or 3 I would think? And the goal they scored was just down to Babalj's brilliance. So according to the 'experts' deserving to win a match requires you to only maintain possesion not do much with it and consistantly lose it when you finally get into a decent area.
This my friends is everything that is wrong with football in our country. We should not be heaping praise to a side that maintains possesion we all should critisizing them for not creating anything from it.

We we were in hearts positions we would be saying we deserved to win.

Adelaide never gets the compliments but lets be honest we didnt deserve even a whisper for that match
Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie

exaclty!!!!!
Possession is only one statistic. Doesnt mean anything if you do nothing with it.

Also credit to Kossie for planning for next year already, no point playing a full squad and pushing for a win, risking more injuries, When we have the ACL to play for.
We are UNITED, after all....

Yeah I do agree a bit. He has been around with AU for a few seasons already. I think he's in the Sarkies and Minniecon group of young stars who showed promise but if they were going to be real good they would have showed it by now. (thats a long name for a group)
