ffa allowed kosmina to take the helms of AUFC without his licenses. what about next season? or is he going to have to get them all in the off-season?
I hope there are at least plans to get his A-licence , frankly its a little embarrassing that he doesnt have them already.
He will be missing the match against pohang to do his badges.

Personally hope he atleast gets the volcano pokemon badge............sorry way to much cheez tv in my younger days.. :boogie:

Don't mind giving him a year, if he does well in the first couple of games of next season we should-

Sign him on a 8 year $5mil contract
Give him complete board control
Give him the key to the city
Rename the stadium "Kossmarsh Stadium"

Or just wait till the end of the year to see how he performs and not jump the gun.

Only disappointing thing is that the club announced that they hadn't even considered or talked to any other coaches. Little bit narrow minded, we should have at least assessed all possibilities.

At least the decision has been made and we can start building our squad list.

I believe one year is good.
We'll see how he goes and the club can decide what happens based on goals achieved.

Haha Kossmarsh I like that one!
Yeah you do get the feeling our boards lack of football understand is their weakness. Someone walks into a meeting and explains the offside rule to them and they take it as genius. I hope its not like that but I get the feeling it is.
In all though one year is perfect and really unless we're talking about a coach with a 10 years proven record 2 years is the max I'd want to see our coaches signed on. That goes for most of the players too.

United qualify for 2013 Grand Final. Kossie calls semi final ref a cheat and gets banished to the stands for GF. Senior player has brain explosion and gets sent off, United get belted, players make sour grapes comments at presser, Kossie gats sacked.

Owners sell club to Dutch consortium headed by Rini Coolen.... :P

I hope Kossie has learnt his lesson from that
1) he shouldn't have done that 2) he was right!

ADELAIDE United boss John Kosmina is in no danger of being relegated to A-League assistant coach status for the start of the new season.

Given stage two of the Asian Football Confederation's A-Licence course ends in late November the doubts that remained about whether the FFA should reward Kosmina with "head" status before earning the correct accreditation were cleared up last night.

I love how Kossie has been given special dispensation again. Whats the fricken point of having this rule if everytime someone wants to break they let them?
Sounds like the FFA with the Crawford report they only adhere to it if it suits them
