I just hope this gives us some confidence for Thursday, we were playing with no confidence to start with. Hopefully Adelaide can score 3 goals again on thursday
Dario was 100 times better after that goal, only one mistake where we had 4 vs 2 on the break and he ran to the sidelines instead of releasing barbiero and then turned the ball over.
Still frustrated by the sitters we are missing

Yea but those chances will sink in when you gain more confidence.I just hope this gives us some confidence for Thursday, we were playing with no confidence to start with. Hopefully Adelaide can score 3 goals again on thursday

We got lucky a few times tonight but we don't need to let the players or ourselves dwell on them. Just look at the positives in this match and go out to smash Persipura.
I really hope this sets the snowball in motion. We have a big chance to run a training exercise on Persipura which could set up the match against Sydney quite nicely.
I'm praying Dilevski gets fit and is able to play in either of our next two matches. Watson match by match is proving why he shouldn't be in the first 11.

http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/sport/soc ... 6268669785Watson, who Kosmina said "could be the next Richie Alagich", doesn't have a rival for the right back position and will be given more time to learn the role.
Kossie are you for real?!

Yeah that quote was floating around in my head and with every fibre in my body I was trying to deny it.

I would much rather pancho then caravella .
Malik mistake was a shocker, how gol gol didn't get that in I'll never know.
A win is a win but not convincing

I thought Watson had one of his better games. He made silly mistakes yes, but no more then any other player out there.
Vidosic looks dangerous everytime the ball is at his feet, he needs to demand the ball when we are going forward, just like Flores used to.
Serge looked a bit flat footed in this games, was surprised he wasnt subbed tbh.

His crossing was better but his days are still numbered.I thought Watson had one of his better games. He made silly mistakes yes, but no more then any other player out there.

Too many times you see vidosic dropping back to DM just to get a bit of ball time, he hasn't wowed us too many times this season but he had had really poor service, either he gets given the ball too deep or gets thrown into 50/50s which isn't a strong part of his game or the ball just gets completely lobbed over him.I thought Watson had one of his better games. He made silly mistakes yes, but no more then any other player out there.

New game plan for Thursday, everyone in defense and midfield just give the ball to Dario and let him be a playmaker, as good as SVD is in the air, our short game buildup has been alot better than our crossing game, with the exception of Cassio, but somehow we still rely on Watson down that right wing too much.
