It's a real tough. In an ideal world supporters groups would take responsibly for the actions of their members and submit the names of those who breach the rules - as is RA's stance. Pretty sure the RT have a similar one - and we wouldn't have to deal with FFA imposed sanctions.
Until all supporter's groups prove they can be trusted these sanctions aren't going anywhere. Blame the 'Tards and the people to insist on letting off flares.

I would not hold your breath.
Will be interesting to see what happens next year though, it has been made clear to the club we are not interested in a similar bay to the north end, so if they do take that directive in the south and don't allow people in without specific tickets(ie HEM bay), I'm not sure what they would plan to do if none of us buy tickets in that area?
Hypothetically of course, if the RT moved outside of their 'designated area' they would not be permitted to use use drums, flags, etc.
