Re: Cassio gone for season?
We're pretty fucked and with our current limited squad someone's going to have to play out of position, Usucar or Watson maybe? We're going to have to do some recruitment for sure but by this stage we'll be scraping the barrell in a league which swims amongst the slag anyway.
Cats, Sex and Nazis that's why they call me Mr. Happy!

My best bet is that Rini will play Usucar at LB. Least the poor chap will get some proper game time
Red till Im Dead
Re: Cassio gone for season?
Golec is a better LB than CB, might not offer heaps going forward but would be a better than pretty much everyone else in that role.

Susak will play LB for the rest of the year if Cassio is gone – Boogard & McKain in the middle.

Oh Crap
Oh well it gives someone else a chance to step up.
Wonder if he's been carrying this injury for a while.
Would explain the up and down performance so far this season

Re: Cassio gone for season?
I get the feeling its as much a case of whether or not he WANTS to come back, as the injury. Him not talking to the media is a worry.
Re: Cassio gone for season?
Must say I had thought there was something wrong with Cassio from the start of the season, no pep , lots of hands on hips and the occasional hobble.
So its a mystery foot ailment that needs treatment in Brazil.
Funny the effects losing can have on players
as we never seemed to have many injuries when the ACL games were on.

Losing? Or club culture, direction and ownership? Something seems awry down there, I hope its easily remedied. When about the only guy we have left who plays for the shirt goes, I really start to worry.Funny the effects losing can have on players
