I think in time the flores transfer will always be a major wtf for fans as we all realise how unique he was on and off the pitch, will probably be known as the biggest mistake ever made by management. ImoHeard on the grapevine that he was pissed the club wouldn't up his pay to a level nearer what he thought he was worth, even though what he was after was substantially less than the HAL's biggest earners.
Couple that with Coolen not being a fan, and Griffin looking to generate revenue, and the obvious answer was to cash him in.
Sucks for as as fans though.

Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie

Any chance of him on the pitch as a guest player near the end of the season?

Re: What a Nice Guy!
I think a chant of "Flores... Flores !!!" from the northern end at tonight's game would have 3 potentially beneficial results:
1. Let the great man know that we still love him and that we want him to come back.
2. Let the AU board know that we still love him and that we want him to come back.
3. Fire up the underachieving gits out on the pitch who would hopefully get the shits that the fans are chanting the name of a former star player and pull their collective fingers out.
