Coolen has gotta take majority of the blame imo...he was the one that completely re-transformed this team and brought in over 10 new players...this is truly his team and system, and its failing epically..

Some of the players never deserve to wear an Adelaide United shirt after their various displays this season:Coolen has gotta take majority of the blame imo...he was the one that completely re-transformed this team and brought in over 10 new players...this is truly his team and system, and its failing epically..

Im not subscribing to the sack rini philosophy.
But, he spoke of squad depth, well now is the time to kick half these guys in the arse and leave them out of the squad!
Im with you nash, akways being let dkwn when it counts.
Mullen
Slory

"No! I must fight long balls." he shouted
The radio said, "No, Rini. you ARE the long balls."
and then Rini was fired.

Rini -"we all lost this game, but i am the number one"
Respect for that comment, class ahead of vidi in the same situation, just never never let this happen again

To be honest, having Mullen as CB and Susak as RB was just a strange move and had me angry before the match started.
So many times Cassio had dissapeared from his defending duties.
To be honest Slory was the only player that looked like he was working really hard to get us the ball back, and I counted 4 times before he was subbed that he was the reason we regained posession. Not his best game but he actually pressed the opposition and tried to get us the ball back, just like the entire Brisbane team did the entire match.
After a few matches I'm starting to think, dump our entire midfield.
Caravella is nothing more than a holding midfielder, every time he moves forward and has a clear through ball he instead turns around and tries to play it back or across.
Dilevski is... well... nothing much at all.
Susak cannot play RB (for us) but is great as a CB (where we needed it most) and I'm wondering where the hell Cassio has gone from last season.
Really dissapointed but fair game to Brisbane, they played just awesomely.
Our only threat was Vidosic and he had noone to play off of.
Anyone else thinking that a starting XI with Usucar, Barbiero and Da Silva in midfield wouldn't be a bad thing?

Remember reading an article by Travis Dodd and at the time thought he was having a bit of a whinge but he may be totally correct in that the players are not getting on well with Rini. Firstly I can't understand his team selection, formation and player positioning.
Is djite injured? Starting sorry slory instead of Djite is just madness

Agreed.I never want to feel like this again.
Last time I felt this bad was after the GF defeat in Season 2, (but I knew that game was rigged.) But this was pure crap and knowing that this is likely to occur again (and again) this season makes it worse.

Anyone saying the problem is with the players is just tilting at windmills. Man for man we should be better than Brisbane. But no, we're 6 goals worse than them. Fuck this shit, this is miles worse than anything Vidmar ever gave us.
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.
