Harry's first game as a tard. Good to see they've opened all the seating allocations. Should be a good crowd.

Nice to see the whole stadium is opened up for this game.
Re: "Friendly" v MVFC September 23
Does anyone know if we get to see this game free if we are a season ticket holder? Or does this require the new membership?

Members can pick up complementary tickets tomorrow from the club office. While it lasts of course.

are you sure? just received this emailMembers can pick up complementary tickets tomorrow from the club office. While it lasts of course.
However, Adelaide United 2011/12 season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase tickets in a special priority period from 1pm Monday 5 September through until 5pm Tuesday 6 September
Re: "Friendly" v MVFC September 23
So there are 2 types of membership.
1) membership - $65 - voting rights, invite to meeting with Coolen & Co, Eligable for members committee and free tickets to warm up games.
2) Season Ticket
I have got memebrship and picked up tickets to Gold Coast on Friday. They just beat MV 1-0, so should be a good warm up.
I will buy season ticket soon, when I get some more cash together.

Re: "Friendly" v MVFC September 23
Was there a choice for tickets? Could you have gotten a gold western grandstand one for example?

nope... only the western stand is open for the game against gold coast.
for melbourne victory the whole stadium is open and the complimentary tickets are in the red zone (south and north stand)

i stand corrected though

Season ticket holders can apparently get free tix from head office for the friendlies as well. Spoke to an admin lady this morning from AUFC.

Strange. They said only members on the website and when I went to pick them up, they looked up the list of members.Season ticket holders can apparently get free tix from head office for the friendlies as well. Spoke to an admin lady this morning from AUFC.
Re: "Friendly" v MVFC September 23
Se said "Go into the head office and give them your AU number. Yours is 'X'." So unless she was mistaken, season ticket holders could get them as well. Has anyone tried this yet?

Why would you have a friendly with you fiercest rivals? Kinda takes away a bit of the buzz
