ps agree with shin, the pax for the MV game was about 20,000 for the AO game the day before that that fairly spot on
Coincidence I reckon... I remember the first game under Ticketek everyone was looking at the PAX on their ticket thinking we were going to get close to a a sellout - and then there was nowhere near that at the actual game.

Plus, a couple of weeks ago I went to the AUFC v GCU match at Skilled and the PAX on my ticket was 5,000 and something but there were only 2,000 there.

It's not a reliable indicator.

Yeah but during the regular season PAX would count memberships as a sold ticket, not every member goes to every game. Not every friday night shout ticket gets used, not every free ticket given out by clubs get used.

In the finals system no one gets a seat unless they have actually purchased a ticket. So one would assume every number PAX records is a purchased ticket

Of course i could and normally am wrong lol

Ah crud I can't go on Friday night :x

Lemme get this straight though, if we win on Friday we then host the winner of Melbourne v Gold Coast?
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

PAX indicates reserved seats number, so it includes any presold tickets which includes memberships, media seats, coroporate boxes etc.

Cannot believe that the FFA have changed our seating to reserved. Absolute joke. I am a bit worried Ii may not get to the game as well :(

I got my usual spot in the home support bay. Picked seat numbers at the outlet.

One niggly thing that doesnt matter much but i picked up on.

When at the club i noticed the home supportors bay according to the map had been moved one bay over to the west to N14', When i asked about it i was told no no its always been there.

Yet on the ticketing website it says home supportors are in bay N13.

Small detail i know, but when you are trying to figure out exactly what bay you regulary sit in it becomes quite confusing for reserved seating

Reserved is a pain in the arse. Normally sit down south, but couldn't get ticketek website to allocate seats anywhere other than row a up north. On top of that, couldn't get on to ticketek on the phone, constantly engaged. May have to call the bastards, plead ignorance and ask for a reallocation.

Tried to buy my tickets today with my Football Family number; but every time I entered it in the appropriate box, when I clicked "buy tickets" it kept saying my number was invalid. I even copied and pasted it to make SURE I had it right, and it STILL said it was invalid. :( Looks like I'll have to wait until tomorrow and get them with the general public after all.

Are they going to enforce the actual seat numbers in the supporters bay were people usually just stand wherever they can?

Finally got my Football Family number to work. Got a couple of seats in WL18. Unfortunately, that was the best available at the time.
