Another win for the lads, 3:2 over Para Hills which leaves us 6th on the table with 4 wins and 4 losses.

Incidentally, after 8 rounds of the SA NPL there have only been two draws from a total of 48 matches!

A big win yesterday with a 1:4 demolition of West Adelaide at Rushworth Reserve. West went down to 10 men at the 60 min mark which didn't help, A brace from Stamatelopoulos (including a penalty), Brook on the sheet yet again and Armiento chipping in. The result leaves us in 5th position.

West Torrens are next.

That was a surprise win for me.
Hellas had won four in a row and then United goes, wham, bam, thank you mam on them!

I look forward to the highlights.

Great win by the lads, 2:1 over Metro Stars. We are looking very comfortable at 5th with only 8 games to play (well, 9 for us).

Is there any information as to when the abandoned game against Comets will be replayed?

Side doing very well. No Margush, Stamatelopoulos, Brook or K. Konstandopoulos in the side for the latest game.

The goals are being shared around as well, Carlo Armiento 8, Brook and Niyongabire 6, Stamatelopoulos 5.

So as a follow up from the squad talk for the senior side, who is playing LB for the youth team and how good are they?

I assume it’s Blake Carpenter, based purely off looking at the team list posted on Twitter.

I know he’s been around the fringes of the first team in previous preseasons, but I’ve never really seen enough of the youth team play to have a good idea whether he’s close to stepping up.

Very good especially as no Brook and a few others, probably on holiday because the are part of the senior team squad.

Final game against Para Hills today and then finals. Para Hills need 3 points to have a chance to make the finals so I am hoping for an open game.

1:5 drubbing of Para Hills, Pacifique with the hatrick. Nice way to finish off the regular season and now on to our first NPL finals series.

We face the Comets in the Elimination Round.

Fantastic effort from the boys! Have not followed it closely but it seems they are improving each season and seem well established in the top flight now.

Wow i havnt given the npl any attention at all but to ky knowledge the aufc teams quality was somewhere between top npl 2 team and mediocre npl 1 team.

To make the finals is a huge step up! How many talented kuds can aufc actually hold onto though and not see them play against us

A positive aspect is a number of the NPL squad have been offered positions in the senior squad. I am really hoping one of these lads has a break-out season and can step up to the A-League and beyond.
