Interested to hear what people think of them, the membership committee had nothing to do with it and I don't recall existing members being canvassed about what they actually are looking for from their hard earned. :/

In my opinion, the Members Club should be pretty independent but football club supported/promoted. I say pretty independent as I think the club would be reluctant to put their name against something that's asking for funds without knowing that people aren't being ripped off.

It appears to me that it is basically Glen Elliot's baby and is calling all the shots. If that's the case we may as well not have it as it won't represent us.

Put the time into your new business - At least you'll get something in return that will be beneficial to you.

That's it I'm not renewing. It was the only membership I was going to sign up for as I'm not back in Oz till November.

The longer and longer Griffin is staying in the Chairman's seat, the less chance there is of MANY people not renewing.

The saddening thing is that 99% of these people WANT to renew. I am one of them. But there is something that needs to happen out of the best interests of the club, and a statement needs to be physically made to justify our opinion.

My lack of renewal has little to do with Greg being there. Its down to the fact that this membership committee is moving so slow it may as well be going backwards.

Hearing talk of something happening in regard to a realignment of the members club and its purpose. Wont hold my breath though

That is very sad to read someone as invested in AU as you resigning yourself to this. The club can be some much more then this.
