Caravella was good when he came on, didn't make a huge impact but kept busy. Easily better than Barbiero coming off the bench who just gives away some fouls and hardly touches the ball.

I don't think we should get too carried away - sure we smashed them but their team would have lost to our youth squad. The CB pairing had a 16 year old in it after 12 minutes when Griffiths went off.

Slightly OT, but anyone interested here in gossip should keep their ears peeled for a possible Rado Vidosic move...to here. Can't remember where I saw it. To add to that, I doubt he'd come down as a head coach. Obviously. Those with Twitter, keep an eye on @val61

I saw him at the Brisbane game in the Adelaide corporate box chatting to Greg Griffin and then I saw Val had said on Twitter that he was at training on Sunday watching his son train. I wonder if there is anymore to it or is Val just speculating.

It's interesting that Val adds that bit in the article about Petrillo and the backroom staff, and not a prematch lead-up one. I'd be more than happy for Rado to come here in some capacity, especially if it means Dario winds up extending his contract.
