There's an interesting discussion on 442 forum about how Hindmarsh deserves a $100 million dollar upgrade if Adelaide Oval gets $535 million based on projected crowds.

that idea from Benjamiin is unnecasary, for a $100 mill ya could shift the heritage buildings around the south end, shift the pitch a bit south and build basically what he has proposed and use some of the existing stands.

i dont get the argument from the original post on 442, somehow becuase AO is getting an upgrade of 500mill it automatically justifies Hindmarsh to get 100?

The fact is we NEED a new oval stadium it will attract no man y events to adelaide, will get us more socceroos matches also.

I think it was just a hypothetical based on crowds

Its projected that the new AO will get 900,000 per year,
were as Hindmarsh gets 200,000 per year.
