Absolutely rediculous. Some say that Amor still can't understand what's going on...

The suspension period of 2 weeks + suspended 2 weeks is ok. You can't touch referees and coaches should be held to a high standard in this regard. However, it dragged on for 2 weeks (why?) and in the finding report it says there's no video footage of the event and that Amor gave evidence but Fielding wasn't available to be questioned beyond the original written report. That's farcical IMO.

It's also farcical what they let some other coaches get away with in terms of verbal abuse.

Another joke is Adam D'Appuzo is on the MRP panel. Some of the things I saw him do on the football field would be considered criminal assault in the real world.
I don't get why the MRP takes such a long time to come to decisions. Even if they can't get everyone in a room there is such a thing as a telephone which magically enables anyone to speak to anyone else anywhere. Are they aware of this breakthru technology?

At least we know the 'suspended sentence' means nothing to the FFA if we go by the amount of second chances the wsw fans and club get.

Yeah that's true.
Maybe Amor needs to kick it up a notch next time!

If we get a win we can jump both Welly and Newcastle (depending on the SYDvNEW game).

Buckle up, our charge up the table starts now!
All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

To anyone else who is in the Red Army, Tako is playing in the members only curtain raiser. Should be a feisty encounter

While I believe that Amor did do something wrong and was rightly sent to the stands, I don't think it was worthy of the a two match suspension, or even one match.
It is even more disappointing that Amor was not able to question the evidence against him and that in itself should have been reason not to suspend for any extra games. There needs to be proper due process and it has not happened.

I also heard a FOX commentator boasting on the weekend how they do not miss the coaches doing anything, yeah, except push an official.

I think what's done is done now with Amor. I just hope the squad rallies around this decision and it finds another gear for this game.

I can't believe that with no evidence to support either version of events they went with maximum sanction under the grading of offence. They had the ability to leave it at the one natch suspension and elected to go the whole hog. It is even more damning when they acknowledge that all prior evidence of Amor's behaviour is excellent and all the character witnesses they deem above reproach, yet he is assessed as guilty enough to warrant additional sanctions. I don't care that they stress they are not determining his innocence but only whether the incident deserves additional sanction above the mandatory 1 match, by giving him more than that they have made a determination about hus guilt. It is disgusting.

Blimey more injuries!
Surely Marino deserves some game time with a hat trick last weekend in the NYL.
