Disappointed Marino is still not getting a chance even though Guardiola is under an injury cloud. Instead it seems Henrique has been rushed back as cover as well as a wing option.

I am in Solomon Islands for this one so may be able to watch the game on delay via PNG tv......as such I'll be avoiding the internet during the match itself.

We need our wingers to step up and help us win this game. Hopefully the refs are consistent and fair tonight... or give us a dodgy pen to win the game and then we'll see if Graham Arnold is still praising the referees...

It will be interesting to see how Mileusnic goes. Kitto needs to be better with his decision making.
Hopefully Guardiola really is okay because we have bugger all back up. Carrusca might end up playing striker again as I am sure Miluesnic will not last the game and Henrique will need to replace him.
Marino really should be on the bench instead of Makarounas, the balance is all wrong.

We really didn't play that badly last week, although definitely not enough shots or shots on target. We had about 60% possession and for 10 minutes leading up to perths second goal we had about 75%. The we had a large majority of the ball after going down to 10. There's no doubt the boys are hungry, our squad should be good enough to beat sydney, we just need to have some confidence in front of goal. It would be nice to take some of Sergi's confidence - 1 or 2 touches too many and give it to kitto and Nikolai who need to pull the trigger instead of looking to offload when they are in a position to take a shot.
