So that is our bench with a fully fit squad

Not bad but would like some more depth to cover injuries and ACL commitments.
I actually really like that bench!

All up and coming adelaide talent who can influence a game when they come on plus pablo who can slot in anywhere.

We are getting thin though if fatigue or injuries hit.
Ppl who slap the label of truth on the 1st thing they hear, do it out of ignorance, convenience or cant be bothered picking through a thin layer of falsehood to find the real truth, or possibly even another lie
The voice in our head is the final judge

Yeah I agree. It looks good but one or two injuries anywhere and they squad looks in big trouble.

Part of me wants this to force the board's hand by either:

1. Signing some quality for those lost, or;
2. Promoting youth - which for all of the talk we hear, has not really happened for a number of seasons. We are way behind other clubs with this IMO.

Can we ask for both?

Still think we need 2 or 3 more experienced players for ACL.

How can Pablo not be in the starting XI for this game? He is playing well, he is a goal scorer and it is Cirio's first game back from injury. Pablo must start.

For me it would depend on Cirio's fitness. For me if he's fit he starts. IMO he offers more going forward than Pablo. Pablo is dangerous in the box but in possession running at defenders I don't see Pablo offering as much of a threat as Cirio. I'd bring Pablo on with 25 mins to go for Cirio or Bruce. That's why I went with Cirio.

I no its a tough decision to pick this weeks team but no way would i leave Elsy out, so imo that leaves either Larocca or Mcgowan , glad im not the coach, id keep marone because he has improved heaps and has the pace imo

I think you can't change a winning lineup for players coming back from injury/suspension.

Unchanged from last week for me.

Means Marrone and Cirio need to work to get their spot back.

Yeah Marrone will offer much more going forward. I don't see Elsey as a wing back. I'm sure he could develop into one.

Isn't the opposite also true though? Cirio and Marrone have both been contributors to this unbeaten streak.

It is looking likely that I am going to be in the mountains this weekend, away from trivialities such as the internet, or possible electricity for that matter. Hence it will be another "Youtube" match for me.

Yeah to some extent but I think those players who won in Brisbane need to be rewarded. Biggest challenge we've faced over the unbeaten streak.

Perhaps start Marrone but not Cirio who has been out for 2 weeks with injury.

Yeah I agree with that. It will be interesting to see what Amor goes with.
