A striker of SvD's quality is rare as hen's teeth in the A-League.
I'd happily back him for a season, you don't lose that class!

All I need is some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine.

Re: van dijk - REDEMPTION
Im happy to have for the ACL. I'm hesistant to sign him in the HAL. I feel that great players for 2 or 3 seasons ago aren't as amazing now that the league is getting better and better. Look at flores compared to Carrusca, hernandez compared to gui finkler.
In saying that. SVD>Bruce. 6♡9.

always thought it was a huge shame how SVD got treated in Adelaide.

After Kossie's resignation, Valkanis wanted to bring Serg back. They enquired and he seemed keen, but didn't work out on his end.

He still looks dangerous.

Re: van dijk - REDEMPTION
I'm ecstatic with this.
Even when our chips are down, we find a way to do reasonably well in the ACL. We have an uncanny knack for it. It's our destiny, like Arsenal in the UCL. I'm not even being cocky - just confident, and this stroke of fate is justification of said confidence.

van Dijk might be good but we must remember one simple rule, PASS TO HIS FEET NOT HIS HEAD. We destroyed him in his second season by breaking that rule constantly.

Re: van dijk - REDEMPTION
I remember the time he sprinted off the field mid game for a toilet break and got booked when he came back on.
He laughed it off. We all did.
Be good to have him back.
