Watching Mariners v 'Nix at the moment. 1-0 to the Mariners at half-time.

Good game!

Red cards this season are mind boggling.

Part crack down on the AL culture of going in hard, part mistimed challenges due to sub-par players.

We are tracking at something like a red card every 5 games or something this season. The PL is a red every 50!!!

That first red on Kaltal was very harsh indeed.

Moresche's less so; can't do that.

Sydney down Victory 1-0, pretty well ending any hopes Victory have of scrambling towards the finals.

I do love the way the commentators talked up the match. Guys, it's 6th v 12th.

... and the filth just lost AGAIN, which means that they are well and truly out of finals contention. All they can do now is to try to avoid their second wooden spoon in 3 years.

On the weekend when both the men's and women's AUFC teams won, could this weekend get any better??

WSW is already 2-0 up inside 20 minutes.

Was hoping for a bruising draw for our sake.

Big game away to WSW next week.

Layouni and Borello are gonna be a handful next week.

Amalfitano is out for them with yellow card accumulation.

City drop points.

Top spot still an outside chance.

City down to 10 and a goal down at half-time against the Jets. Fingers crossed!

Come on Newcastle!

The commentators are so annoying. Newcastle (unfancied non-Sydney, non-Melbourne team) are surprisingly looking like they’ll upset the unstoppable MelbCity … to put themselves on the edge of the finals places. And the story they keep telling is … won’t it be amazing if MelbCity were able to come from behind with 10 men and win. Biased idiots!

Aarrgh!!!!! 1-1 City in 92nd minute.
Still, City still drop points. We just need Victory to do us a favour on Wednesday.

B***y Jest. They just cannot defend a lead. Just 1 more minute of defending and they would have had 3 points - and MC Petrodollars would finally have lost at home.

Goodness me we are a real chance of top spot still.

City without Leckie are toothless.

City & Victory continue their game tonight.

It is a game with little joy for me; I want City to lose so we get closer to the Premiership and I want Victory to lose because, well, Victory.

Maybe a draw with 3 reds apiece would suit.
