After that Sydney handball penalty, I’m just putting my hand up to say I have no idea what is and isn’t a handball in the penalty area anymore.

I thought the rule was that it didn’t count for a defensive handball if the ball deflected onto your hand from another part of your body. Can anyone help me out with what the actual rule is?
