"Adelaide B" kicked off the season with Baby Bruce bagging a brace and Eugene making a fine save. La Rocca looked a little shakey at times and Mauk was industrious. Malik had a good game and Jamo came on at the end.

Boring game to kick things off. Under $10k fans on a Friday night opener in Melbourne.

Pathetic.

Big blue tonight which I’m looking forward to!!!

Never expected much from CCM vs NEW but this is a cracking game.

Jets 3-1 up after 40 minutes. O’Donovan with a hat trick.

Chances at both ends, end to end football.

Great spectacle.

Ends 5-1 Newcastle.

Very solid defence, lethal on the counter and clinical finishing.

They will go all right this year.

Sydney look like they will be hard to score against again this year. Mvfc looked good also considering they are without Milligan, troisi and barbarouses.
That f3 derby was the highlight so far, really hope next and can have good years. Long suffering fans.

Victory 0-1 Adelaide B

City score just on half time.

Scheiss Victory.

Williams should have received a straight Red for that flying lunge on Osama Malik.
Ridiculous that the Ref needed the 3rd Ref to give the malaka a yellow.
I hope they don't injure any of our players next week.

Victory 1-2 City
Kamau runs and runs and scores.
Victory with back to back home losses for the first time since season 1 of the A-league. Hopefully we can extend their pain and make it 3 losses from their 3 biggest rivals in the first 3 rounds.

I actually wanted victory to win this one, keep both the scummy Melbourne teams below us.

The B team did it, now lets see the A team do it.

Williams should have been sent off, it was a bad tackle. Not as bad as some other tackles that have not been given red cards in the A-league, but bad enough. Player should not stay on the field when they lunge in and hit an opponent that hard.

City were lucky to have a full team still standing after some of those tackles.

They didn't have a full team standing - Malik was on one leg and a complete liability until he went off. It was like they were playing with 10.
