City could not pass, Brisbane could not pass in the final third.
Cahill is allowed two footed studs up challenges, but then again so is everyone else it seems.

I don't know what happened and I only saw the replay but Berisha was on the end of some pretty hefty abuse after blazing his penalty over the bar.

I'm all for schadenfreude but these guys are professionals and what I saw did not look very professional.

And as I write MV score.

Looked like a clear pen to me. Pretty poor from the SFC players.

Fair enough.

I'm sure Aloisi will bring it to the officials attention when they next face Sydney... :D

That is a clear penalty, Holosko holds the shirt and pulls him to ground.
Give him a bit of verbal jibe for missing but no need to run in and confront him like that, totally the wrong thing to do.

Didn't really want SFC to continue their winning streak but watching anyone beat MV puts a smile on my face. SFC have only travelled out of NSW once this season (to wullington) which puts a positive spin on their season from every other teams point of view.

Neither team were mv or sfc were worth watching, the game was more like pinball then football.

Im not convinced by many teams currently "in form".

Great crowd in brissy with over 20k. it's the crowd the roar should get every game. THe sydney crowd was poor though. 19k for the big blue. INdefeated start to the season. really should be pushing 25-30k.

But 18k is apparently a good crowd for Sydney!

That's an amazing result.
I'm continuing to be impressed with where Perth is heading.
I'm not sure how much credit Peter Filopoulos deserves but from the outside, he seems to be doing great things with that club.

Devere on the bench, how I do not know, he was excellent against us, perhaps the best CB in the league.
